Décembre – Cheval – une collecte hippomobile en centre-ville
Le cheval revient en ville. Du 21 novembre au 16 décembre dernier, Octave et Rondo, deux percherons menés par un cocher professionnel sillonnaient les rues du centre-ville de Caen pour assurer la collecte des corbeilles de déchets. Cette première expérimentation pour la ville a rencontré un franc succès auprès des habitants, commerçants et visiteurs mais aussi dans les quartiers où plusieurs animations autour du cheval étaient proposées aux enfants. Ecologique, économique et créateur de lien social, le cheval dans la ville peut trouver de nombreuses utilités de la collecte de déchets au transport scolaire en passant par les espaces verts ou encore la livraison de petits colis. Bref, une multitude de possibilités pour renouveler l’opération en 2012…
