Le Pôle de santé à la Grâce de Dieu est ouvert !
Le pôle de santé de la Grâce de Dieu qui vient d’être inauguré, a été conçu pour permettre aux médecins déjà présents sur le quartier de se maintenir sur celui-ci, puisque certains cabinets devaient être détruits dans le cadre du projet de renouvellement urbain. En effet, il existait un vrai risque de voir partir des professionnels dont le rôle est essentiel en termes de premier recours.
C’est un véritable projet de santé en direction des habitants du quartier qui voit ainsi le jour, associant différents professionnels de santé libéraux, exerçant uniquement en secteur conventionné (sans dépassements d’honoraires). Trois médecins généralistes, un dentiste, deux infirmières, deux kinésithérapeutes, deux orthophonistes, un podologue et un psychologue commencent à travailler ensemble, avec le souhait d’aller plus loin dans la prise en charge de leurs patients, l’éducation thérapeutique et la prévention. Le second étage du bâtiment accueille la Maison des addictions, qui accueille toutes les personnes dépendantes, tant à l’alcool ou aux drogues, qu’aux jeux. L’entourage de la personne dépendante peut aussi y trouver aide et conseils. Enfin, la Ville a réservé au rez-de-chaussée un local indépendant, qui recevra dans quelques semaines des permanences associatives. Une recherche de financement est encore en cours pour un poste d’animateur qui d’accueillira, d’accompagnera et d’orientera les habitants sur toutes leurs questions concernant la santé. Par exemple, trouver un spécialiste, mettre à jour sa carte Vitale, mais aussi obtenir des conseils (sommeil, nutrition,…), rejoindre une action d’éducation pour la santé, ou connaître les produits à ne pas utiliser pour éviter les pollutions intérieures. Ce projet a été le fruit d’une forte volonté politique, mais aussi de tous les acteurs qui, malgré des points de vue et des intérêts parfois divergents n’ont jamais abandonné le souhait de parvenir à un accord. C’était un pari (un an pour finaliser le projet !), nous l’avons gagné ensemble. Je les en remercie une fois encore.
