Budget de l’agglomération : chacun doit participer à l’effort
Deux ans après une réforme de la fiscalité défavorable à notre communauté d’agglomération, la situation budgétaire de Caen la Mer se retrouve particulièrement tendue. Comme ils l’avaient annoncé à la rentrée de septembre, les élu(e)s écologistes ont plaidé pour une refonte du pacte financier communautaire en demandant notamment à ce que les communes les plus riches participent à l’effort financier en complément de l’augmentation de l’impôt ménages.
