Développement économique, recherche et emploi :
– Attribution d’une subvention à l’association Nucléopolis – exercice 2012 – déclaration d’intérêt communautaire
– Appel à projets – économie sociale et solidaire – année 2012 – déclaration d’intérêt communautaire
Finances :
– Compte administratif 2011 – budget principal
– Comptes administratifs 2011 – budgets annexes d’assainissement et du SPANC
– Comptes administratifs 2011 – budgets annexes du Clos de la Hogue et de la zone d’habitat Ifs Plaine Nord/Est
– Compte de gestion – exercice 2011
– Affectation des résultats – exercice 2011
– Budget primitif – budget principal – exercice 2012
– Budget primitif – budgets annexes d’assainissement et du SPANC – exercice 2012
– Budget primitif – budgets annexes de la ZA du Clos de la Hogue et de la zone d’habitat Ifs Plaine Nord/Est – exercice 2012
– Autorisations de programme et crédits de paiement de l’exercice 2012
– Vote du taux de cotisation foncière des entreprises, des taux de la taxe d’habitation, des taxes foncières et de la taxe d’enlèvement des ordures ménagères pour l’exercice 2012
– Modulation du taux de la taxe sur les surfaces commerciales (TASCOM) pour l’exercice 2013
– Admissions en non-valeur sur les titres émis de 2005 à 2008 à l’égard des usagers des terrains d’accueil des gens du voyage – adoption du projet de règlement pour la gestion des titres non-recouvrés
Culture et sports :
– Conservatoire à rayonnement régional – fixation des tarifs pour l’année scolaire 2012-2013
– Conservatoire à rayonnement régional et orchestre de Caen – salles de spectacle – détermination des tarifs de location et mise à disposition d’équipements
Assainissement :
– Redevances pour le contrôle de la conformité des installations privées d’assainissement collectif et non collectif – complément à la délibération du conseil communautaire 24 juin 2011
Habitat :
– Programme Local de l’Habitat (PLH) 2010/2015 – principe d’octroi de garanties d’emprunt aux organismes HLM pour la réalisation de leurs opérations de logement
– »Politique de solidarités territoriales communautaires » – approbation des orientations communautaires en matière de politique de la ville
Environnement et développement durable :
– Approbation du diagnostic de l’Agenda 21 de Caen la mer
– Modalités d’attribution des fonds de concours pour l’enfouissement de colonnes aériennes de collecte de déchets
Aménagement et urbanisme :
– Société d’aménagement foncier et d’établissement rural (SAFER) – entrée au capital social – désignation d’un représentant
– Présentation du rapport d’activité 2010 – syndicat mixte Caen Métropole
Transports, déplacements et infrastructures :
– Avenant n°1 au contrat de délégation de service public de gestion et d’exploitation de l’aéroport Caen-Carpiquet
